Frozen Banana Whips Recipe!!
Simply take whole bananas and freeze them. Once frozen, you can place them in your food processor or blender for 3-5 minutes until they’re whipped like frozen yogurt and VOILA you have a healthy ice-cream-esque treat! Feel free to add some unsweetened cocoa powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, or maybe a little almond butter to spice things up a bit. What a perfect alternative to that ice cream you were tempted to buy! I also like to take frozen berries with some almond milk, blend them up and you have another flavor of a healthy treat:)
